1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the date of purchase.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Time
Standard shipping  takes 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Shipping time is an estimated timeframe and not guaranteed. Delivery delays may occur due to carrier transit, weather, customs clearance or unexpected circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Cost
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $19.9.
For orders below the threshold, a flat shipping rate of $[5.99] will apply.

4. Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
We are not responsible for undelivered, lost or returned packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

5. Sales Tax
All shipping fees do not include Sales Tax fees.

6. Order Modification & Cancellation
Once your order has been shipped, no address changes or order cancellations can be made.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages
After the package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not liable for lost, stolen or missing items. Customers may file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

8. Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to refuse or suspend shipping to any region with delivery restrictions or high-risk shipping issues.
